The Loop

The Chicago Loop, often referred to simply as "the Loop" is the historic commercial center of downtown Chicago -- with boundaries on the Chicago River (West and North), Lake Michigan (East) and Congress Parkway to the South. Despite the commercial prevelance, Chicago Loop real estate includes many options within tremendous highrises and converted lofts. Several new luxury properties have broken ground in the area since 2000.
